Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Sie unterstützen das Projektteam bei der Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Projekten.
- ■Sie übernehmen Teilprojekte und bearbeiten eigenständig spezifische Aufgabenbereiche.
- ■Sie erstellen und pflegen Projektpläne, Berichte und Präsentationen.
- ■Sie führen Recherchen und Analysen durch, um das Projektmanagement zu unterstützen.
- ■Sie kommunizieren mit internen und externen Stakeholdern in einem internationalen Umfeld.
- ■Sie unterstützen bei der Organisation und Dokumentation von Meetings und Workshops.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und/ oder Marketing-/ Kommunikationsbereich durch Praktika oder ähnliche Tätigkeiten
- ■Idealerweise Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikationswissenschaften, BWL oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
- ■Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- ■Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Organisationsgeschick
- ■Fähigkeit, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert zu arbeiten
- ■Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamgeist
- ■Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint)
- ■Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
- ■Interkulturelle Kompetenz und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld
