Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Du unterstützt bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben, unterstützt in Vorstudien oder Projekten und übernimmst selbstständig (je nach Erfahrung) kleinere Projektaufgaben.
- ■Du bist Ansprechpartner für unsere Test-Software und erstellst und verwaltest dort Projekte und Test Cases (nach Anlernen, keine Vorerfahrung notwendig).
- ■Du erstellst Präsentationen, Reports oder andere Dokumente für das Team oder für Projekte.
- ■Du bist für die Weiterentwicklung und Pflege von Jira/Confluence und MS Teams zuständig.
- ■Darüber hinaus übernimmst du kleinere Konfigurationen in HR IT Systemen (nach Anlernen, keine Vorerfahrung notwendig).
- ■Du steuerst und moderierst Teammeetings.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Eingeschriebener Student*in mit Fokus auf IT, Projektmanagement oder HR - von Vorteil, aber kein muss
- ■Verhandlungssichere Englischkentnisse in Wort und Schrift
- ■EDV Kentnisse in MS Office Anwendungen
- ■Jira-und Confluence-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
