Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Unterstützung von Mitarbeitern/Projektteams bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben, z.B. von Erstellen, Überprüfen und Anpassen von Dokumenten.
- ■Nutzt Geschäftssoftwareanwendungen (z. B. Textverarbeitung, Präsentationen und Tabellenkalkulation) zur Erstellung/Vorbereitung von Berichten, Präsentationen oder anderen Dokumenten auf Anweisung eines Vorgesetzten.
- ■Erledigt weniger komplexe technische Aufgaben unter Aufsicht entsprechend dem jeweiligen Fachgebiet.
- ■Kundenkontakt, um Dokumente anzufordern bzw. daran zu erinnern.
- ■Weitere Aufgaben im Tätigkeitsbereich.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Gerne Student*in der Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbares studierend
- ■Microsoft Kenntnisse sind notwendig, Anwendungen wie Outlook, Teams müssen beherrscht werden
- ■Microsoft Excel-Kenntnisse sind auf Experten-Wissen und Anwenderkenntnisse von KI-Programmen
- ■Kundenkontakt - Ausgeprägte rhetorische Fähigkeiten auf Deutsch
- ■Projekterfahrungen helfen Dir in deiner täglichen Arbeit bei uns
