Job Description
1. Understand customer testing requirement and related product regulations, and response to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
了解客户检测需求以及相关的产品法规,及时有效的回复客户的咨询;
2. Maintain customer relationship and keep good communication with customers
维护客户关系,跟客户保持良好的沟通;
3. Testing arrangement according to customer’s requirement, issue quotation, handling samples, coordinate subcontract, billing, payment and closure of the project
根据客户要求安排测试,出具报价,跟进测试进度,协调分包,监督付款情况等等;
4. To be responsible for internal communication among Sample Prep, Sales, Laboratories and other Departments
与销售、实验室以及其他部门之间的内部沟通;
5. To handle any ad hoc job tasks assigned by supervisor
主管安排的其他任务;
Job Requirements
1. College education or above with CET-4 at least. Textile and chemical majors are preferred.
大专及以上学历,至少英语四级。纺织和化学相关专业优先;
2. More than one year of experience in Textile or Shoes testing customer service.
一年以上纺织品或鞋类客服相关工作经验;
3. Familiar with Office software.
熟练使用办公软件;
4. Good communication skills and teamwork spirits.
具备良好的沟通表达与团队协作能力;
