Job Responsibilities:
1. Understand client testing requirements, as well as relevant product regulations and technical specifications, and arrange for projects to be sent to the laboratory;
1. 了解客户测试要求以及相关产品法规和技术规范,安排项目进实验室;
2. Handle day-to-day client enquiries, develop testing plans and prepare quotations;
2. 负责日常客户问询,制定测试方案,以及准备报价;
3. Maintain good communication with clients and effectively coordinate to ensure the smooth progress of projects;
3. 保持与客户的良好沟通,有效的协调项目的顺利进行;
4. Maintain client and project information in the company’s system and track project progress;
4. 维护公司系统客户,项目的相关信息,跟踪项目进度;
5. Compile client testing data and assist the reporting team in preparing relevant test reports;
5. 汇总客户检测数据,配合报告组完成相关的测试报告准备;
6. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
6. 其他上级安排的工作。
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Customer Service, Textiles, Chemistry or a related discipline;
1. 本科,客服,纺织,化学或者相关专业;
2. CET-4 or equivalent level of English;
2. 英语CET-4或者同等水平;
3. Strong communication and coordination skills, with a strong customer service ethos;
3. 具有较强的沟通和协调能力,有强烈的服务意识;
4. Experience in the textile industry or the third-party testing and certification sector is an advantage;
4. 有纺织品行业或者第三方测试认证行业经验优先;
5. Responsible, meticulous and conscientious.
