Job Description
Project Coordination
- ■Coordinate international approval and certification projects for electrical products.
- ■Manage certification project workflows from application till certificate issuance, and ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines.
- ■Coordinate with internal departments, including sales, engineering, laboratory, and certification teams, to facilitate project execution.
- ■Contact external certification bodies and business partners regarding certification requirements, submissions, and approvals.
- ■Contribute to continuous improvement of certification processes
Customer Communication
- ■Handle customer enquiries and provide timely updates on project progress, requirements, and certification status.
- ■Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, certification bodies, and stakeholders.
Documentation Management
- ■Maintain certification-related documents and records in accordance with company procedures
- ■Register product information and certification data in company databases
Job Requirements
- ■Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- ■Experience in project coordination / product certification / testing / regulatory compliance or customer service is an advantage.
- ■Strong organizational and document management skills with attention to detail.
- ■Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ■Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- ■Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
