Job Requirements:
1. Basic Qualifications 基础资质
Bachelor or above degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Economics, Social Science or related disciplines.
本科及以上学历，环境科学、工程、商科、会计、经济、社科等相关专业。
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
熟练的中英双语读写及沟通能力。
Good team collaboration, cross-department coordination and delegation capabilities.
具备优秀的团队协作、跨部门统筹及工作分配能力。
Willing to take business trips for client project services.
可接受项目所需的出差工作。
2. Work Experience 工作经验
Project Manager: Minimum 5 years relevant ESG project independent delivery and management experience.
项目经理：5年及以上相关经验，可独立负责ESG项目落地与管理。
Technical Manager: Minimum 8 years relevant experience, with technical leadership, methodology development and team mentoring experience.
技术经理：8年及以上相关经验，具备技术统筹、体系搭建及团队带教经验。
Has working experience in ESG consulting, assurance, third-party certification or enterprise internal ESG management.
具备ESG咨询、鉴证、第三方检测认证或企业内部ESG管理相关工作经验。
Practical experience in ESG reporting, materiality assessment, ESG strategy planning or data assurance.
拥有ESG报告编制、实质性评估、ESG战略规划或数据鉴证实操经验。
3. Professional Competencies 专业能力
Familiar with mainstream ESG frameworks, including GRI, IFRS, ESRS and China/Hong Kong sustainability disclosure rules.
熟悉GRI、IFRS、ESRS等主流ESG框架及内地、香港可持续发展披露要求。
Capable of client demand analysis, technical proposal writing, cost estimation and professional technical presentation.
