Job Responsibilities
- ■To act as contact window to customers and take part in project coordination for various orders
- ■Customer inquiry and complaint handling
- ■Order creation in SAP and internal systems
- ■Proactive project status monitoring and management
- ■Closely work with various internal teams and external parties to deliver outcomes to customers
- ■Sample and document handling
- ■Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Experience & Further Qualifications
- ■Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline (preferably in Electrical/ Electronic)
- ■Excellent communication skills and proficient in English and Putonghua
- ■Fluent Cantonese is required
- ■Responsible work attitude, detail-minded with good problem-solving skills
- ■Self-driven, willing to face challenges and work under pressure and tight schedule
- ■Experience in TIC industry is a definite advantage
