岗位描述 Job Descriptions:1. 政策法规研究：持续跟踪并深入研究欧盟及德国、法国、意大利等主要出口国的数字化战略、数据安全、隐私保护（如ESPR、GDPR、Data Act、AI Act等）相关法规及标准，形成政策解读报告，为公司内部及客户提供合规洞察。Policy and Regulatory Research: Continuously track and conduct in-depth research on digital strategies, data security, and privacy protection regulations and standards of the EU and major exporting countries including Germany, France and Italy (such as ESPR, GDPR, Data Act, AI Act, etc.), compile policy interpretation reports, and provide compliance insights for internal teams and clients.2. 客户需求挖掘：与国内出口企业（尤其是在新能源、电力电子、工业制造等领域）进行技术及商务交流，主动收集其在欧盟市场的数据处理、跨境传输、产品安全认证等业务痛点及具体应用场景。Customer Demand Mining: Conduct technical and business communication with domestic export enterprises, especially in new energy, power electronics, industrial manufacturing and other fields, and proactively collect their business pain points and specific application scenarios in EU market regarding data processing, cross-border data transmission, product safety certification and other aspects.3. 解决方案制定：结合欧盟法规要求与客户实际业务场景，协同技术团队设计合规、可行的数字化解决方案（如数据合规评估、数据本地化配置、产品隐私设计建议等），并协助完成技术方案文档。Solution Formulation: Combine EU regulatory requirements with customers’ actual business scenarios, collaborate with technical teams to design compliant and feasible digital solutions (such as data compliance assessment, data localization configuration, product privacy design suggestions, etc.), and assist in completing technical solution documents.4. 业务推广与落地：针对不同客户群体，策划并执行解决方案的推广策略，支持销售团队进行客户培训、案例展示及商务谈判，推动新业务场景的商业化应用与规模化复制。Business Promotion and Implementation: Plan and execute solution promotion strategies for different customer groups, support the sales team in customer training, case presentation and business negotiations, and promote the commercial application and large-scale replication of new business scenarios.5. 内外部协同：与公司内部工程团队、国际专家团队保持联动，确保解决方案的专业性与时效性；参与行业论坛、研讨会，提升公司在数字合规领域的影响力。Internal and External Collaboration: Maintain close linkage with the company's internal engineering team and international expert team to ensure the professionalism and timeliness of solutions; participate in industry forums and seminars to enhance the company's influence in the field of digital compliance.岗位要求 Job Requirements:1. 教育背景：本科及以上学历，法律、信息安全、计算机、国际贸易、通信工程等相关专业。具备法学+技术的复合背景者优先。Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above, major in law, information security, computer science, international trade, communication engineering and other related fields. Candidates with interdisciplinary background of law and technology are preferred.2. 工作经验：3年以上相关工作经验，有检测认证、数据合规、隐私保护、产品出口认证、技术咨询等领域实习或项目经验者优先。Work Experience: More than 3 years of relevant working experience; internship or project experience in testing certification, data compliance, privacy protection, product export certification, technical consulting and other fields is preferred.3.
