Job Responsibilities:
• Assume responsibility for programming, project management, and vendor management.
• Gather and comprehend user requirements.
• Develop and adhere to the entire system's modules and standards.
• Collaborate closely with all stakeholders, including vendors, to ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct quality assurance assessments on project deliverables.

Requirements:

• Demonstrate a strong grasp of C#, web-based systems, the Object-Oriented Programming Model, and relational database systems.
• Exhibit qualities such as teamwork, initiative, and self-motivation.
• Showcase proficiency in troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Display excellence in both written and oral English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Specialist (Programmer).
