Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Stellt sicher, dass die IT-Anwendungs-Support-Prozesse eingehalten werden und dass alle Benutzeranfragen gemäß den vereinbarten Verfahren und Service Level Agreements bearbeitet werden.
- ■Untersucht und priorisiert Vorfälle und Probleme in Bezug auf IT-Anwendungen.
- ■Sucht nach Lösungen für Vorfälle, bearbeitet diese (2nd Level Support und 3rd Level Support nach Bedarf) und dokumentiert und schließt gelöste Vorfälle.
- ■Initiiert und überwacht Maßnahmen zur Vermeidung oder Behebung von Problemen in Systemen, Prozessen und Services.
- ■Führt Anwendungsänderungen durch und dokumentiert diese, einschließlich Implementierung, Customizing und Konfiguration.
- ■Bewertet, analysiert, plant und entwirft Release-Pakete, einschließlich Risikobewertung.
- ■Bietet "Go Live"-Support für Änderungen oder die Einführung von IT-Lösungen.
- ■Weitere Aufgaben im Tätigkeitsbereich.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Fließend in Englisch (B2).
- ■Mindestens 1-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Tätigkeitsbereich.
