Als Projekt Manager*in Forschungsförderung (w/m/d) bist du Teil des interdisziplinären Teams unseres Fachbereichs Förderverfahren im Segment Forschungsmanagement. Wir unterstützen öffentliche Auftraggeber bei der Abwicklung von Verwaltungsverfahren der Forschungs- sowie Infrastrukturförderung, insbesondere in den Bereichen Mobilität, Verkehr und Digitalisierung. Hierbei agieren wir als Schnittstelle zwischen Politik, öffentlicher Verwaltung, Wirtschaft und Wissenschaft. Unsere Unterstützung umfasst insbesondere die kaufmännische sowie die juristische Prüfung und Begleitung von geförderten Projekten.

Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Du berätst zu allen Fragen der Antragstellung und Projektabwicklung im Rahmen der Forschungsförderung des Bundes und prüfst die Verwendung der vergebenen Mittel.
- ■Du übernimmst die formale und kalkulatorische Prüfung von Anträgen auf Zuwendungen sowie die begleitende Dokumentation.
- ■Du bearbeitest komplexe kaufmännische Sachverhalte selbstständig und bewertest im Rahmen der Antragsprüfung die Bonität von Unternehmen.
- ■In sämtlichen Phasen des Projektlebenszyklus kommunizierst du laufend mit unterschiedlichen Akteuren, auch auf hoher unternehmerischer Ebene und bist verantwortlich für die betriebswirtschaftliche und administrative Betreuung von Forschungsvorhaben.
- ■Durch deinen Einsatz im Rahmen der Planung, Realisierung, Betreuung und Prüfung von Projekten qualifizierst du dich für den Einsatz als Teilprojektleiter*in oder Projektleiter*in im Forschungsmanagement.

Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Studium, Studium im Bereich der öffentlichen Verwaltung oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- ■Idealerweise praktische Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Rechnungswesen oder Controlling
- ■Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Zuwendungsrecht und Verwaltungsrecht oder Bereitschaft, dich im Rahmen der Tätigkeit entsprechend weiterzubilden
- ■Fähigkeit, kaufmännische und juristische Sachverhalte prägnant und verständlich darzustellen sowie Freude am Verfassen entsprechender Prüfungsdokumentationen
- ■Analytisches Denkvermögen, sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis, eigenverantwortliche, systematische und effiziente Arbeitsweise sowie ein sicheres und gewandtes Auftreten
- ■Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Entsprechend deiner einschlägigen Berufserfahrung ordnen wir dich innerhalb unseres Rollen- und Karrieremodells den Positionen des Junior Projektmanagers, Projektmanagers oder Senior Projektmanagers zu und zeigen dir Entwicklungspfade auf.
