Job Description
1. Handle certification administration process including checking the customer data, contracted date, factory…etc. and key in the relevant data to draft/replace/cancel certificates
處理產品證書的發證行政流程, 包含確認客戶資料, 簽約日期, 工廠資訊等, 以及輸入相關資訊, 以便草擬或取代或取消證書
2. Internal/external project coordination among clients, technical persons, and certifiers.
作為內外部客戶的窗口 - 與外部客戶, 工程團隊或發證官進行溝通發證等相關任務
3. Remind clients the upcoming expired certificates
提醒客戶即將到期的產品證書
4. Submit documents to certification body as required
提交產品證書發證所需文件給其他發證機構
5. Handle annual license fees’ related tasks
處理產品證書年費相關任務
6. Handle project invoices and payment-related tasks, follow up long pending projects
處理案件發票與帳款安排等相關事務,追蹤長期未結案件
Job Requirement
1. MS office – Intermediate( High – Intermediate is plus )
Microsoft 文書作業處理程度 – 中等 ( 高等程度是加分的 )
2. Good interpersonal and communication skills
良好的人際關係及溝通技巧
3. Manage time efficiently
