Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Als Ausbilder*in (w/m/d) für Berufsvorbereitung in den Bereichen Hotel/ Gaststätte und Gesundheit/ Soziales unterstützt Du Jugendliche bei der beruflichen Orientierung in den genannten Berufsfeldern.
- ■Es gehört zu Deinen Aufgaben, Praxisprojekte zu planen und durchzuführen.
- ■Du vermittelst den Teilnehmenden Methoden- und Fachkenntnisse sowie Sozial- und Personalkompetenzen unter Berücksichtigung geeigneter Lernmittel und -ziele.
- ■Du unterstützt bei der Durchführung von Kompetenzfeststellungsverfahren, führst Entwicklungsgespräche und förderst in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team die individuelle Weiterentwicklung der Teilnehmenden.
- ■Du dokumentierst Lernfortschritte und schreibst Lehrberichte.
Die Stelle ist im Trainingscenter Berlin-Reinickendorf zu besetzen und auf 1 Jahr befristet (mit anschließender Chance auf Übernahme!).
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Eine Ausbildung oder einen Studienabschluss im Tätigkeitsbereich Hotel und/oder Gaststätte sowie eine AEVO (Ausbildereignungsverordnung)
- ■Erfahrungen im Bereich Büro/ Verwaltung sowie Berufserfahrung in bildungsfördernden Maßnahmen sind wünschenswert
- ■Vorlage eines erweiterten Führungszeugnisses ist Voraussetzung
- ■Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
- ■Freude an der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen
