Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Als Ausbilder*in im Bereich Schweißen und Metalltechnik führst du Schulungen in Präsenz und hybrider Form für die Zielgruppe in der geförderten Weiterbildung und Verbundausbildung durch.
- ■In deiner neuen Tätigkeit vermittelst du theoretische und praktische Kenntnisse in deinem Fachgebiet gemäß der aktuellen Ausbildungsverordnungen und Rahmenlehrpläne, dabei bereitest du den Unterricht vor und hältst ihn ab.
- ■Unsere Ausbilder*innen entwickeln und bereiten Schulungsmaterialien wie z.B. Präsentationen, Handouts und Vorbereitungsunterlagen für Abschlussprüfungen vor, sodass unsere Lehrlinge für die Prüfungen in Fachtheorie und -praxis bestens vorbereitet sind.
- ■Teilnehmende unterstützt und motivierst du entsprechend ihrer Bedürfnisse, denn das Wir ist dir wichtig.
- ■Du bist im regelmäßigen Austausch mit den regionalen Unternehmen und deinen Fachkollegen, um stets auf dem neusten Stand zu bleiben und Marktentwicklungen zu beobachten.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Abgeschloßene Ausbildereignungsprüfung (AEVO) wird vorausgesetzt
- ■Meisterabschluss wünschenswert, aber nicht Voraussetzung
- ■Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Metallverarbeitung und /oder im Rohrleitungsbau und / oder in der Anlagentechnik, 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Tätigkeitsbereich (z.B. Industriemechaniker)
- ■Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- ■Die Bereitschaft sich weiterzubilden wird vorausgesetzt
