Deine Aufgaben:
- ■Planung und Konfiguration: Bei uns erlernst du, wie du IT-Infrastrukturen und Client-Server-Systeme planen und konfigurieren kannst. Hierbei stattest du Arbeitsplätze kundengerecht aus, integrierst Clients in Netzwerke und führst Schutzbedarfsanalysen durch. Auch Softwareanpassungen und die Planung, Einrichtung, Wartung und Administration von Systemen und Rechnernetzen erlernst du in unserer konzernweiten IT-Umgebung.
- ■Netzwerke und Dienste: Du stehst den Anwendern in unserer weltweit verzweigten Microsoft-Umgebung zur Seite und kennst auf nahezu jede Frage eine Antwort.
- ■Vertiefung Systemintegration: Du wirst zum/zur Spezialist*in in der Bereitstellung von Serverdiensten, automatisierst Administrationsaufgaben und stellst den Betrieb vernetzter Systeme sicher und gewährleistest deren Sicherheit.
- ■Vertiefung Anwendungsentwicklung: Du tauchst tief in die Welt der Anwendungsentwicklung ein, gestaltest Benutzerschnittstellen, realisierst umfassende Anwendungssysteme und entwickelst individuelle Lösungen für unsere Kunden.
- ■Kontinuierliches Lernen und persönliche Weiterentwicklung: Regelmäßige interne und externe Schulungen sorgen dafür, dass du immer auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik bleibst.
- ■Ausbildungsbeginn: 01.09.2026.
Das bringst du mit:
- ■Schulische Voraussetzung: Du hast die mittlere Reife oder Fachhochschulreife/Abitur mit guten Noten in den naturwissenschaftlichen Fächern, Englisch und bestenfalls Informatik absolviert.
- ■Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift bringen dich bei uns weiter.
- ■Technikbegeisterung: Dein Interesse für IT ist tiefgründig und du bleibst immer auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik.
- ■Deine Persönlichkeit: Du bist motiviert, zuverlässig, neugierig und hast Spaß am Arbeiten im Team.

"As part of my apprenticeship, I have gotten to know different areas and have worked in the Mobility and Unified Communications departments. What I like most about my working day is the IT apprentice meetings, where we sometimes get a technical or logical task and try to figure out the result together. In this context, we have learned about logical links, regular expressions, or electrical kits. All IT apprentices also have their own contact person. The training supervisor is fully integrated into our daily work, and I can always ask for help and support there."
