Der Bereich Business Intelligence (BI) ist innerhalb des Konzerncontrollings für die Konzeptionierung und Implementierung der konzernweiten Berichtssysteme verantwortlich. Als Team von Experten mit unterschiedlichen Schwerpunkten setzen wir als Team für unsere internen Kunden zukunftsfähige und moderne BI Lösungen um. Hierfür stehen uns verschiedene Werkzeuge wie IBM Planning Analytics TM1, SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud und Longview Analytics zur Verfügung. TM1 haben wir seit über 25 Jahren als führendes Tool für Reporting, Planung und Forecasting in den Bereichen Finance und Controlling im Einsatz.

Als Inhouse BI Consultant Planning and Analytics (w/m/d) entwickeln Sie bestehende BI-Lösungen in IBM PA/TM1 weiter und übernehmen die Erhebung der Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen sowie die Implementierung und den Roll-Out der Lösung.
- ■
Sie erarbeiten Prozesse und Konzepte zur Einführung von konzernweiten Planungs-, Forecast- und Informationssystemen mit einem klaren Fokus auf Planung und Forecast.
- ■
Sie unterstützen die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der existierenden IBM Planning Analytics TM1 Landschaft mit Blick auf die konzernweite Harmonisierung und Standardisierung und die Sicherstellung der globalen Governance.
- ■
Als Spezialist*in sind Sie das Bindeglied zwischen den Business Anforderungen im Controlling und der Umsetzung der IT-Lösungen in unseren Tools in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Corporate IT und den anderen Ressorts des Corporate Controlling.

Für unsere BI-Anwendungen stehen Sie dem Controlling als Testunterstützer*in sowie 2nd-Level Support zur Verfügung und führen eigenständig Schulungen durch.
- ■
Mit den neuen Lösungen verschlanken Sie dabei die Planungs- sowie Reportingprozesse und automatisieren manuelle Aufwände.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■
Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Naturwissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- ■
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Implementierung von Reporting-Lösungen sowie in Requirements Engineering in Planungs-/-Reporting-Projekten
- ■
Erfahrung im Umgang mit multidimensionalen Datenbanken, idealerweise IBM Planning Analytics TM1. Dazu gehören die Entwicklung von Rules, TI Prozessen und MDX Statements
- ■
Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Applikationen mit PAW und PAfE sowie Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Python und TM1py sind vorteilhaft
- ■
Erfahrungen im Umgang mit relationalen Datenbanken (z.B. MS SQL Server) oder SAP BW sind gerne gesehen
- ■
Für den Austausch mit unseren Kunden sind neben guten Deutsch-, auch gute Englischkenntnisse relevant
