Als Berater*in Betriebliches Eingliederungsmanagement unterstützt du Unternehmen, für ihre Mitarbeitenden, während einer Erkrankung und im besten Fall vor der Rückkehr an den Arbeitsplatz, gemeinsam Mittel und Wege zu finden, die Gesundheit und Leistungsfähigkeit wieder herzustellen, zu erhalten und zu fördern - eine spannende Aufgabe, die einen echten Unterschied macht! Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Als BEM Berater*in verstehst du betriebliches Eingliederungsmanagement als Chance, Mitarbeitenden nach einer Erkrankung oder einem Unfall wieder auf die Beine zu helfen.
- ■Du führst persönliche oder virtuelle Erstgespräche und findest Möglichkeiten, die bestehende Arbeitsunfähigkeit zu überwinden und/oder erneute Arbeitsunfähigkeit vorzubeugen. Die Versendung der Schreiben, die Aktenanlage und Erstterminvereinbarung erfolgt zentral, darum brauchst du dich nicht kümmern.
- ■In der Situationsanalyse ermittelst du, welche Bedingungen zur Arbeitsunfähigkeit geführt haben. Dabei werden vorrangig Belastungen durch das Arbeitssystem analysiert.
- ■Du entwickelst mögliche Maßnahmen, organisierst bei Bedarf Fallkonferenzen zur Entscheidungsfindung und begleitest die Mitarbeitenden bei der Umsetzung von Lösungen bis zum Abschlussgespräch.
- ■Du berätst zur Implementierung eines BEM auf der Organisations- und Prozessebene, unterstützt Kunden und Interessenvertretungen und vermittelst BEM als komplexen Ansatz in Schulungen und Workshops.
- ■Die gemeinsame Betreuung potenzieller Neukunden mit unserem Vertrieb rundet deine Aufgaben ab.
Die Stelle kann sowohl in Vollzeit als auch in Teilzeit mit einem wöchentlichen Umfang von mindestens 25 Stunden ausgeübt werden.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Ein abgeschlossenes Studium, vorzugsweise der Psychologie, Sozialpädagogik, Sozial- und Gesundheitswissenschaften oder gleichwertig sowie idealerweise eine Zusatzqualifikation als Disability Manager*in, betrieblicher Gesundheitsmanager*in oder Fallmanager*in
- ■Fundierte Kenntnisse in der medizinischen und beruflichen Rehabilitation, im Sozialversicherungsrecht, Arbeitsschutz und arbeitsmedizinischen Vorschriften
- ■Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Tätigkeitsbereich
- ■Gute Englischkenntnisse (B1)
- ■Führerschein der Klasse B und Freude an der Tätigkeit im Außendienst sowie regionale Mobilität
