Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Du kümmerst dich um die Beratung von Interessenten, Auftraggebern und Teilnehmern zum digitalen Dienstleistungsportfolio
- ■Du arbeitest bei der Erreichung der Umsatzzielerreichung im Segment Digital Service aktiv mit.
- ■Du bist Ansprechpartner*in für Interessenten, Kunden und Teilnehmer*innen (Videochat, telefonisch, E-Mail).
- ■Die Bearbeitung von AMDL-Förderungen (Bildungsgutscheine, Bildungscheck), Erstellung von AMDL-Angeboten und Vertragsdokumenten gehören zu deinen Aufgaben.
- ■Du unterstützt bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung von Messen und anderen Events zur Teilnehmergewinnung (Online-Messen, Online-Informationsveranstaltungen).
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■(Fach-) Hochschulabschluss oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- ■Erfahrung in der Bildungsbranche idealerweise Grundlagen Sozialgesetzgebung (insbesondere SGB II und SGB III) sowie Berufsbildungsgesetz
- ■Erfahrung in der Kundenberatung sowie ein hohes Maß an Serviceorientierung
- ■Unternehmerisches Denken, Qualitäts- und Kostenbewusstsein
- ■Beratungs- und Kommunikationskompetenz
- ■Gute MS Office Kenntnisse
- ■Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
