Die TÜV Rheinland Group sucht eine engagierte und qualifizierte Persönlichkeit für die Position des Business Development Manager*in Asien (w/m/d). In dieser entscheidenden Rolle tragen Sie maßgeblich zur Strategie- und Geschäftsentwicklung sowie zum Delivery Management bei Fusionen und Übernahmen, Joint Ventures und Umstrukturierungen bei. Ihre Tätigkeit erstreckt sich über verschiedene Branchen, darunter Chemie, Elektronik, erneuerbare Energien, Medizin, sowie Konsum- und Industriematerialien. Geografisch sind Ihr Fokus und Ihre Verantwortung vor allem auf die dynamischen Märkte in China, Japan, Korea, Singapur und Australien gerichtet.
Aufgaben
- ■Entwicklung von Strategien zur Erreichung unserer Wachstumsziele, neuen Dienstleistungen und Markteintritten sowie zur Unterstützung von (grenzüberschreitenden) Investitionen und Desinvestitionen.
- ■Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu Führungskräften asiatischer Unternehmen, um strategische Investitionsmöglichkeiten zu identifizieren.
- ■Funktion als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Zielunternehmen und den verschiedenen Teams von TÜV Rheinland, einschließlich der Geschäftsbereiche und Zentralfunktionen.
- ■Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Kommunikation und Koordination zwischen Zielunternehmen und internen Teams unter Überbrückung kultureller und sprachlicher Barrieren.
- ■Übernahme der PMO-Funktion für die Integration neu erworbener Zielunternehmen und Joint-Venture-Gründungen.
Profil
- ■Ein Master-Abschluss in Finanzen, Betriebswirtschaft, Naturwissenschaften oder einer verwandten Disziplin von einer renommierten Universität. Berufsqualifikationen wie CPA oder CFA sind von Vorteil
- ■Mindestens 4–7 Jahre Erfahrung im Strategie- und M&A-Umfeld, mit nachweislicher Erfahrung in einer Schlüsselrolle bei der Durchführung von Transaktionen
- ■Sie sind eine pragmatische, umsetzungsorientierte strategische Denkerin oder Denker mit außergewöhnlichen analytischen und quantitativen Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
- ■Gute Kenntnisse der Geschäftsstrategie, von Datenanalyse und Branchenherausforderungen bis hin zu Geschäftsausrichtung und Problemlösung
- ■Erfahrung in der Strukturierung und Leitung von Projekten mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams sowie der Fähigkeit, Einfluss ohne formelle Macht auszuüben
- ■Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations-, Verhandlungs-, Präsentations- und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten
- ■Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in geschäftlicher Korrespondenz und mündlicher Kommunikation in Mandarin und Englisch; eine weitere asiatische Sprache ist von Vorteil
- ■Internationale Reisebereitschaft
