Aufgaben
- ■Als Compliance Officer (w/m/d) sind Sie zuständig für den Ausbau und die Erhaltung des globalen Compliance Managementsystems des TÜV Rheinland Konzerns und seiner internationalen Tochtergesellschaften.
- ■Sie sind verantwortlich für die Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des konzernweiten Compliance Systems nach den Vorgaben des Testing, Inspection and Certification Council (TIC) sowie weiterer internationalen Regelungen und Standards.
- ■In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die Beratung operativer und Serviceeinheiten zu unterschiedlichen compliance-relevanten Fragestellungen und Kontrollen.
- ■Sie führen Projekte auf Basis zentraler Strategien und Vorgaben (Corporate Governance) durch sowie entwerfen und implementieren Richtlinien und Prozesse.
- ■Außerdem steuern Sie relevanten Kennzahlen und führen u.a. Schulungen, Due Diligence / Compliance Vertragsprüfungen und Risikoanalysen durch.
- ■Zudem wirken Sie bei der Umsetzung der konzernweiten Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie für die Bereiche Corporate Ethics sowie der jährlichen Berichterstattung mit.
Profil
- ■Erste Berufserfahrung in einem internationalen Unternehmen, einer Wirtschaftsprüfung, Beratung oder Anwaltsgesellschaft oder einem Beratungsunternehmen
- ■Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder Examina im Bereich Jura / Rechtswissenschaften
- ■Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- ■Eigenverantwortliches und zielorientiertes Arbeiten sowie Kommunikationsstärke, Flexibilität und hohe Kundenorientierung in Bezug auf unsere internen Kunden
- ■Der Umgang mit Compliance Management Systemen und Standards ist Ihnen vertraut, wie z.B. IDW PS 980 und 981; ISO 19600, ISO 37301, ISO 37001
