  • Als studentische Aushilfe im Contact Center Team sind Sie unser Gesicht und unsere Stimme zu Kund(inn)en als auch Kolleg(inn)en und bearbeiten alle eingehenden Anfragen per Telefon und Mail.
  • Sie prüfen zunächst in unserer Wissensdatenbank, ob Sie die Anfrage direkt beantworten können oder leiten die Anfrage zur weiteren Bearbeitung in einen Geschäftsbereich der TÜV Rheinland Group weiter.
  • Eine saubere Datenpflege in unseren Systemen ist für Sie selbstverständlich und aufgrund Ihrer IT-Affinität kein Problem.
  • Arbeitsprozesse werden von Ihnen eingehalten und Sie tragen aktiv dazu bei, diese zu verbessern.
  • Die Vielseitigkeit der Anfragen macht die Arbeit im Contact Center spannend und abwechslungsreich.

Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen

  • Eingeschriebene*r Student*in mit verbleibender Studiendauer von mindestens 12 Monaten
  • Basis-Anwendungskenntnisse von MS Office
  • Eine hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
  • Es macht Ihnen Spaß, sowohl telefonische als auch schriftliche Anfragen selbständig zu bearbeiten
  • Ihre wöchentliche Arbeitszeit wird im Rahmen einer Disposition in der Zeit montags bis freitags von 08:00 bis 18:00 Uhr eingeteilt
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
