Corporate IT Application Manager - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (w/m/d)

Activities & Responsibilities

  • As a Corporate IT Application Manager - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, you are responsible for the stable operation and continuous development of the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module.
  • You manage and execute incident and ticket monitoring (focus on 3rd level), coordinate external service providers. In addition, you plan, coordinate and execute releases and system changes.
  • You analyze and implement change requests, including e.g. customizing and role-based permissions setup.
  • You work closely with the HR department to gather requirements, advise them on system capabilities and provide ongoing support for key users. Additionally, you are responsible for planning, executing and quality assurance of mass uploads, including data validation and error analysis.
  • You maintain and further develop system and process documentation, ensuring a transparent knowledge base.

Experience & Qualification

  • Multiple years of professional experience in corporate IT application management of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Very good knowledge in EC configuration, role-based permissions, business rules and data models
  • Experience with releases, refreshes, different test scenarios
  • Understanding of HR processes and experience in collaborating with HR stakeholders, IT teams and external partners
  • For international coordination with departments and global companies, very good German (C1) and English language (min. B1) skills are mandatory
  • Experience in secondary modules such as Compensation, Onboarding or others is welcome
