Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Du unterstützt in der Technologie- und Projektberatung für öffentliche Forschungsförderung, insbesondere im Bereich bodengebundene Fahrzeug- und Verkehrstechnologien.
- ■Dein Fokus liegt in den Entwicklungs- und Innovationsfeldern autonomes Fahren, software-definiertes Fahrzeug, Datenökosysteme und künstliche Intelligenz, wobei du Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekte in diesen Fachgebieten begutachtest, ihren Innovationsgehalt bewertest und fachlich begleitest.
- ■Du analysierst kontinuierlich neue Trends in Forschung und Entwicklung mit Blick auf die Anwenderperspektiven und leitest daraus fachliche Einschätzungen und Empfehlungen ab.
- ■Du verfasst Stellungnahmen sowie bei Bedarf Publikationen und Präsentationen aus fachlicher Sicht und bereitest komplexe Inhalte verständlich für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen auf.
- ■Du organisierst und leitest Maßnahmen zur Unterstützung von Innovationen wie Workshops und Konferenzen zur Verbreitung von Forschungs- und Entwicklungsergebnissen und bist zuständig für die laufende Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern, auch auf höchster unternehmerischer Ebene.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches oder ingenieurwissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium oder relevanter Abschluss einer vergleichbaren Disziplin, alternativ politikwissenschaftliches Studium mit Anwendungsbezug Fahrzeug/Mobilität.
- ■Fundiertes Verständnis der Technologien und Herausforderungen im Bereich autonomes Fahren, einschließlich Sensorik, Datenverarbeitung und Fahrzeugsteuerung, sowie Erfahrungen in der Anwendung von KI-Technologien, idealerweise in der Fahrzeug- und Mobilitätsindustrie.
- ■Praxiserfahrungen in den beschriebenen Arbeitsbereichen durch Projekttätigkeiten oder Engagement in Gremien- bzw. Verbandsarbeiten.
- ■Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, komplizierte und technische Sachverhalte prägnant und verständlich darzustellen, kombiniert mit analytischem Denkvermögen und einer eigenverantwortlichen, systematischen und effizienten Arbeitsweise.
- ■Sicheres und gewandtes Auftreten, Reisebereitschaft sowie verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift.
