Job Description

To Sell and Promote EU MDR Testing Services for Medical Device Manufacturers within PAN India. Explore and develop new business opportunities to meet sales related challenges. Drive to deliver results and exceed targets in a committed and consistent manner.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to identify new business opportunities for Department.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attendance at industry events.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients and negotiate contracts and pricing.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns to promote Department's services.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and reports and provide regular updates to the Reporting Manager on progress against sales and revenue goals.
• Represent organization at trade exhibitions, events and with public appearances provide feedback & Trends on time.
• Development of new accounts and maintenance of current accounts within P05.
• Record and document sales inquiries in salesforce effectively and quickly handle customer’s inquiries and requirements, including but not limited to lead generation, proposal submission, presentations & introductions, etc., but also professional and good services to customers.
• Work by the TÜV Rheinland code of conduct and business principles.
• Share any customer feedback (whether good or bad) with your immediate Supervisor to retain market knowledge.
• Ensure adherence to the HSE roles, responsibilities & accountabilities as defined in MS-0047700-HSE Roles Responsibilities & Authorities.
• Comply and ensure implementation of the company’s and the customer’s Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Process requirements.

Experience & Further Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in selling Testing Services.
  • Strong understanding of EU MDR & Medical Device industry trends.
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Experience in client engagement, networking, and consultative sales.
  • Passion to exceed targets and build long-term customer relationships.
