In dieser verantwortungsvollen Rolle als Global HSE Expert Products (w/m/d) gestalten Sie die globale Sicherheits- und Umweltstrategie des Geschäftsbereichs aktiv mit und tragen maßgeblich zur Weiterentwicklung unserer HSE-Kultur und Prozesse bei.

Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Sie unterstützen das Management im prozessbezogene Risiko- und Chancenmanagement, um eine starke Sicherheits- und HSE-Kultur innerhalb des Geschäftsbereichs Products (BS P) zu fördern.
  • Sie beraten intern und unterstützen das globale und regionale Management von BS P bei der Implementierung, Entwicklung und Pflege des HSE-Managementsystems gemäß ISO 14001 und ISO 45001.
  • Sie überwachen und analysieren die wichtigsten HSE-Kennzahlen und treiben die kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen, Standards, Richtlinien und Instrumenten voran.
  • Sie fördern den Dialog zwischen den konzern und regionalen HSE-Teams, um eine optimale Zusammenarbeit und die Weiterentwicklung integrierter Managementansätze zu gewährleisten.
  • Sie beraten die Führungskräfte bei der Budgetplanung und der strategischen Festlegung von HSE-Maßnahmen.

Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelor-Studium bevorzugt in einem technischen Bereich (z.B. Ingenieurwesen, Qualitätsmanagement)
  • Mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich HSE
  • Erfahrungen im Internationalen Umfeld setzen wir voraus
  • Bereitschaft zu internationalen Reisen (ca. 15-30%)
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1-Niveau)
