Aufgaben
- ■Sie gestalten aktiv die HR relevanten Themen im Bereich der TÜV Rheinland Industrie Service GmbH.
- ■Dabei sind Sie strategische*r Partner*in für das Management und unterstützen bei der langfristigen Planung und Umsetzung von Personalmaßnahmen.
- ■Sie begleiten Personalprozesse und entwickeln sowie leiten HR-Projekte.
- ■Für das Business übernehmen Sie in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Bereich Employment Law die rechtliche Beratung sowie die Erstellung von Betriebsvereinbarungen.
- ■Auf Entscheiderebene wirken Sie als Teamplayer innerhalb unseres breiten Teams aus HR Servicefunktionen in Deutschland und den HR-Verantwortlichen in unseren weltweiten Regionen.
- ■Gegenüber Betriebsräten und Gremien positionieren Sie sich als vertrauensvolle*r Partner*in, verhandeln Ihre Ziele ergebnisorientiert und managen die Sitzungsinhalte.
- ■Unsere lokalen und globalen HR-Instrumente und -Standards wenden Sie zielgerichtet an und arbeiten vernetzt mit unserer globalen HR Steuerung.
- ■Die Stelle ist zunächst im Rahmen einer Elternzeitvertretung auf 3 Jahre befristet und sowohl in Voll- und Teilzeit zu besetzen (mind. 30 Stunden).
Profil
- ■Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Rechtswissenschaften, Psychologie mit Schwerpunkt Human Resources oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- ■Umfassende Berufserfahrung in einer HR-Rolle als strategische*r Partner*in
- ■Erfahrung in der Leitung von HR-Projekten sowie Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht
- ■Umfassende Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsräten und in der selbstständigen Verhandlung von Betriebsvereinbarungen
- ■Hohe Beratungs- und Lösungskompetenz in der Bandbreite der HR Themenwelt sowie eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Geschäftsorientierung
- ■Eine starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie eine ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz und Veränderungsbereitschaft runden ihr Profil ab
- ■sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und die Bereitschaft für gelegentliche Reisen
