Als IT-Projektmanager*in übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle bei der Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung unserer IT-Projekte. Sie sorgen für eine strukturierte Organisation und koordinieren alle Projektphasen eigenverantwortlich. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit internen Teams sowie internationalen Business-Stakeholdern zusammen, um innovative Lösungen erfolgreich zu realisieren.

Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Als IT-Projektmanager*in (w/m/d), der direkt an die Geschäftsführung berichtet, bist Du verantwortlich für die Koordination von IT-Projekten. Du organisierst und strukturierst die Projekte in Eigenverantwortung.
  • Du triffst Vereinbarungen zu Lösungsvorschlägen mit internationalen Business Stakeholdern und verantwortest die Machbarkeitsprüfung neuer Ideen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den internen IT-Entwicklern.
  • Du verfasst technische Konzepte und Endbenutzerdokumentationen und verantwortest die Verwaltung und Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops.
  • Du testest, dokumentierst und koordinierst von Systemänderungen und verfolgst Fehler bis zu deren Behebung.
  • Das Analysieren großer Datenmengen sowie die Umwandlung von unstrukturierten Daten in wertvolle Informationen als Input für technische und betriebswirtschaftliche Entscheidungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen und den Führungskräften gehört zu deinen Aufgaben.

Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Wirtschaftsinformatikstudium, Wirtschaftsingenieursstudium oder ein vergleichbares Studium
  • Einschlägige Kenntnisse im IT-bezogenen Projektmanagement sowie im Process Engineering bzw. in Prozessaufnahmen
  • Kenntnisse moderner Methoden des Projektmanagements sowie einschlägige Zertifizierungen sind wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
