Job Description
- ■Sie unterstützen Kolleg*innen beim Einsatz ihrer Mobilfunkgeräte.
- ■Sie betreuen insbesondere die Konzernführung bei der Nutzung ihrer iOS Geräte.
- ■Sie sind verantwortlich für die Pflege der Mobilfunkdatenbank.
- ■Sie bereiten Mobilfunkverträge vor.
- ■Sie sind zuständig für die Ausgabe von Endgeräten.
- ■Sie betreuen die Administration unserer MDM Systeme (Optional).
Experience & Further Qualifications
- ■Abgeschlossene Studium der Informatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker
- ■Erfahrung im Umgang mit geschäftlichen Anwendungen auf mobilen Endgeräten sowie Verständnis für die Vertragliche Abwicklung bei Mobilfunkanschlüssen
- ■Erfahrung im Umgang mit iOS und Android Geräten inkl. Zero Touch und Knox Mobile Enrollment, sowie dem Apple Business Manager
- ■Idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit dem Ticket System Cherwell
- ■Fundierte Erfahrung mit iOS und Android Geräten (iOS Prio)
- ■Kenntnisse in Active Directory / Entra ID sowie Enterprise Mobility Management (Intune oder Ivanti Core)
