Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Als Prüfsachverständige*r werden Sie dafür verantwortlich sein, elektrische Anlagen, Sicherheitsstromversorgungen sowie Brandmelde- und Gefahrenmeldeanlagen in verschiedenen Gebäuden unter die Lupe zu nehmen.
- ■Sie erstellen Gutachten über den Sicherheitszustand der Anlagen direkt beim Kunden vor Ort und stehen unseren Kunden mit Ihrem Know-how zur Seite – ganz egal, welche Fragen zur Elektrotechnik gestellt werden.
- ■Wir bieten Ihnen eine abwechslungsreiche und interessante Tätigkeit im kompletten Bereich Real Estate. Sie bekommen Zugang zu spannenden Bereichen, die sonst nicht so leicht zu erreichen sind.
- ■Ihr Einsatzgebiet? Das sind die Kunden vor Ort, die wir möglichst wohnortnah disponieren, damit Sie jeden Tag Ihr Schrittziel erreichen können.
- ■Und keine Sorge, während Ihrer Zeit bei uns sind Sie nicht allein! Erfahrene Sachverständige unterstützen Sie und wir fördern Ihre fachliche Aus- und Weiterbildung. Regelmäßige Teamsitzungen sorgen dafür, dass der Austausch im Team nicht zu kurz kommt.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Ein abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium (Bachelor) in Elektrotechnik zwingend erforderlich
- ■Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Planung, Instandhaltung oder im Bau von elektrotechnischen Einrichtungen als Elektrofachkraft vorteilhaft
- ■Kenntnisse der relevanten technischen Regelwerke (z.B. DIN, VDE, VDI) sowie Rechtsgrundlagen
- ■Strukturierter und sorgfältiger Arbeitsstil sowie Spaß an Weiterbildung
- ■Gute Kommunikation, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich, sowie ein sicheres Auftreten
- ■Führerschein der Klasse B
