Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen engagierten Integrationsmanager*in (w/m/d), der unsere internationalen Auszubildenden bei ihrer Ankunft in Deutschland unterstützt und so aktiv zur erfolgreichen Integration beiträgt.

Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Du betreust individuelle Auszubildende aus Drittstaaten im Rahmen des Projekts und unterstützt sie bei sämtlichen Integrationsaufgaben (Behördenkontakte, Wohnung, Alltag).
  • Du führst regelmäßige 1:1-Gespräche mit den zugewiesenen Auszubildenden.
  • Du begleitest die Auszubildenden in der Vorbereitungsphase (Preboarding) bereits vor ihrer Einreise nach Deutschland.
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner*in bei persönlichen, sozialen und interkulturellen Herausforderungen.
  • Du organisierst und begleitest Gruppenaktivitäten (z. B. Welcome-Wochen, Freizeitangebote).
  • Du unterstützt beim Abbau sprachlicher Barrieren (z. B. Lernhilfen, Tandemprogramme).

Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Fachhochschulstudium in einem relevanten Bereich (z. B. Soziale Arbeit, Pädagogik, Migration)
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit jungen Erwachsenen sowie in der Migrationsarbeit und Berufsausbildung
  • Hohes Maß an interkultureller Kompetenz
  • Ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Strategisches und strukturiertes Vorgehen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachen (z. B. Vietnamesisch) von Vorteil
