Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■In deiner Rolle setzt du strategische Vorgaben auf Portfolio- und Asset-Ebene um und entwickelst das Immobilienportfolio durch Wertsteigerungs- und Optimierungsmaßnahmen nachhaltig weiter.
- ■Dabei analysierst du kontinuierlich das deutsche und globale Immobilienportfolio in rund 60 Ländern, übernimmst die Eigentümerrolle für deutsche Objekte und erkennst Ansätze für ein aktives Immobilienmanagement.
- ■Mit einem Blick auf Marktveränderungen leitest du Handlungsempfehlungen ab, bereitest fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen vor und bringst deine Expertise in interne Prozesse ein.
- ■Du beteiligst dich aktiv an Standortentscheidungen, führst Immobilientransaktionen (wie An-/Vermietungen und An-/Verkäufe) durch und übernimmst die Verhandlungsführung.
- ■Zusätzlich steuerst du interdisziplinäre Teams, koordinierst interne sowie externe Stakeholder und sorgst für die fristgerechte Umsetzung der Projekte.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebs- oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium – idealerweise mit Immobilienwirtschaftlicher Ausrichtung
- ■Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Real Estate Management und Immobilientransaktionen (An- und Vermietungen, An- und Verkäufe) wünschenswert
- ■Gute Kenntnisse über den nationalen und internationalen Immobilienmarkt
- ■Ausgeprägte Dienstleistermentalität, Ergebnisorientierung, kommunikative Qualitäten, „Teamplayer“ und Verhandlungsgeschick
- ■Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
