Zusammenfassung
Das Team IT Security Operations im Competence Center „Network Services“ ist global verantwortlich für die Wartung, Administration, Instandhaltung, Weiterentwicklung und Betreuung der relevanten IT-Sicherheitskomponenten wie z.B. Firewalls, Load-Balancer, WAF, Remote Access, VPN, Cloudproxy, etc. Zusätzlich berät und unterstützt es die Entwicklungsprozesse.
Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Als Junior IT Expter*in (w/m/d) unterstützen Sie die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Sicherheitsinfrastruktur und erlangen Kenntnisse im Betrieb von Fortinet-Lösungen (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer), Cisco und AnyConnect und Palo Alto-Produkten.
- ■Dabei helfen Sie bei der Analyse von Sicherheitsereignissen, erkennen und reagieren auf Sicherheitsvorfälle und stellen durch regelmäßige Überprüfungen die Effektivität der Sicherheitsmechanismen sicher.
- ■Sie wirken bei Projekten zur Implementierung und Konfiguration von Sicherheitslösungen und arbeiten mit internen und externen Partnern zusammen,
- ■Hierbei tragen Sie dazu bei, dass die Einhaltung der relevanten Sicherheitsrichtlinien und Compliance-Anforderungen gewährleistet ist.
- ■Sie erstellen und pflegen technische Dokumentationen und helfen dabei, Wissen innerhalb des Teams und der gesamten Organisation zu teilen.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, IT-Sicherheit oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- ■Grundkenntnisse in der Administration von Netzwerk- und Sicherheitskomponenten, insbesondere im Bereich von Technologien wie Fortinet, Cisco oder Palo Alto sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
- ■Verständnis von IT-Sicherheitskonzepten, -Richtlinien und Best Practices
- ■Erste Erfahrungen im Monitoring und in der Analyse von Netzwerkinfrastrukturen sind wünschenswert
- ■Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in spezifische Software- und Hardwarelösungen im Bereich IT-Security
- ■Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift für einen offenen Umgang mit internationalen Kund*innen und Kolleg*innen
