Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Wir suchen einen motivierten und leistungsbereiten Kollegen, der am Standort Darmstadt für einen unserer Kunden Fahrzeugbewertungen durchführt. Ein Bewerber mit Wohnort im Großraum Darmstadt wäre wünschenswert.
- ■Fahrzeugbewertungen durchführen: Mit deiner Expertise ermittelst du den Wert und Zustand von Personenkraftwagen sowie Nutzfahrzeugen. Deine objektiven Einschätzungen sind entscheidend für unsere Kunden, um informierte Entscheidungen treffen zu können.
- ■Kalkulation von Reparaturkosten: Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung präziser Reparaturkostenkalkulationen, Nachträge und Stellungnahmen, die unseren Kunden und Partnern eine klare Kostenübersicht bieten.
- ■Sicherung der Servicequalität: Du gewährleistest die hohe Qualität unserer Gutachten und Bewertungen. Durch deine sorgfältige Arbeit und stetige Qualitätskontrollen sicherst du die Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden und den hohen Standard unseres Hauses.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Kfz-Bereich (z.B. als Kfz-Mechatroniker*in, Serviceberater*in, Kfz-Mechaniker*in, Karosseriebauer*in oder Automobilkaufmann/-frau)
- ■Berufserfahrung in den speziellen Segmenten der Fahrzeugbewertung sowie erste Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Zustandsberichten oder in der Auswertung von Fahrzeugdokumenten von Vorteil
- ■Proaktive und dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Maß an Qualitätsbewusstsein
- ■Führerschein der Klasse B und Bereitschaft zur Tätigkeit im lokalen Außendienst
