- ■Sie beantworten telefonische und schriftliche Anfragen.
- ■Sie sind verantwortlich für administrative Aufgaben wie z.B.:
-Pflege der Reservierungen fürs Mitarbeiterkasino
-Statistiken führen
-Pflege des Ablagesystems
-Rechnungsbearbeitung in SAP
-Rechnungsbearbeitung (kosteninterne Verrechnung)
-Bestellungen für Küche und Service
-Pflege von internen Systemen/Intranet - ■Sie sind für Pflege und Bedienung des Kassensystems zuständig.
- ■Die Stelle ist in Teilzeit zu besetzen: 5 Std. (Kernzeit: 09.00 Uhr – 14.00 Uhr)
Berufserfahrung
