Aufgaben
- ■In dieser Rolle fällt die fachliche Führung der technischen Mitarbeiter*innen in Ihren Verantwortungsbereich.
- ■Ihnen obliegt das Sicherstellen der Informationsweitergabe an alle technischen Mitarbeiter*innen durch z.B. Organisation und Durchführung von Mitarbeiterbesprechungen / Erfahrungsaustauschen.
- ■Sie sind Ansprechpartner*in für Kunden, Partner und im Zuständigkeitsbereich.
- ■Außerdem sind Sie für die Überwachung der Einhaltung des QM-Systems sowie die Einleitung von geeigneten Maßnahmen bei Abweichungen verantwortlich.
- ■Sie sind Dozent im Fachgebiet im Rahmen der internen Technischen Aus- und Weiterbildung.
Profil
- ■Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum amtlich anerkannter Sachverständige*r (m/w/d) oder Prüfingenieur*in
- ■Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Kfz-Sachverständige*r, idealerweise mit fachlichen Schwerpunktbereichen, bzw. Spezialisten-Niveau
- ■Selbständige Arbeitsweise bei hoher Eigenverantwortung und -motivation
- ■Hohe Kundenorientierung, Toleranzschwelle und Resilienz
- ■Fähigkeit zur Konfliktlösung mit Orientierung an möglichen Lösungen
