Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Als erfahrene Facharzt/-ärztin für Arbeitsmedizin obliegt dir die fachliche Leitung weiterer arbeitsmedizinischer Expert*innen.
- ■Du arbeitest gemeinsam mit der Niederlassungsleitung/Regionalleitung konzeptionell und strategisch an der Entwicklung der Region und gestaltest ein zukunftsfähiges Morgen.
- ■Du entfaltest deine Expertise auf allen klassischen Handlungsfeldern der Arbeitsmedizin und bist für die arbeitsmedizinische Betreuung von namhaften Unternehmen verantwortlich.
- ■Du übernimmst die fachliche Weiterbildung ärztlicher Mitarbeiter*innen.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Facharzt/-ärztin für Arbeitsmedizin (w/m/d) sowie Voraussetzungen zur Beantragung einer Weiterbildungsbefugnis für Arbeitsmedizin
- ■Affinität für betriebswirtschaftliche Themen und Prozesse
- ■Erfahrungen in einer Leitungsfunktion sind wünschenswert
- ■Führerschein der Klasse B, auf Wunsch Nutzung eines Dienstfahrzeuges auch zur privaten Nutzung
