Deine Aufgabenschwerpunkte
- ■Als Führungskraft im Zentralbereich obliegt dir die Sicherstellung aller Prozesse in der Disposition durch dein Team in Abstimmung mit deiner Führungskraft der Regionalbereichsleitung zentral. Zu deinen zu disponierenden Bereichen zählen die operativen Bereiche Nordost und Südost.
- ■Für die Dir zugeordneten Mitarbeitenden bist Du die primäre Ansprechperson sowohl in personellen als auch fachlichen Fragestellungen und führst dein Team entsprechend fachlich und disziplinarisch unter Berücksichtigung wirtschaftlicher Kriterien.
- ■Du und dein Team seid für die Jahresplanung in Bereich Ost verantwortlich. Du stellst sowohl die optimale Auslastung deiner Mitarbeitenden als auch unserer operativen Fachkräfte im arbeitsmedizinischen Dienst sicher.
- ■Dein Team arbeitet unter Berücksichtigung unserer Prozesse eigenverantwortlich und selbstständig als Lösungsfinder für unsere externen und internen Kunden.
- ■Durch dein Controlling (Kontrolle und Steuerung) führst du dein Team zu unseren Zielen.
- ■Du bist regelmäßig an den Standorten deines Teams in Berlin und Leipzig vor Ort und in den beiden dazugehörigen Regionen Nord- und Südost.
Dein Profil
- ■Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung / Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in der Disposition
- ■Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung ist erforderlich
- ■Du sorgst für Effizienz durch die einheitliche Umsetzung der Prozesse und steuerst die fristgerechte Abwicklung der Verträge
- ■Du kommunizierst sicher auch komplexe Sachverhalte mit Schnittstellen in verschiedenen Hierarchieebenen/Unternehmensbereichen
- ■Du hast Freude an der Pflege bereichsübergreifender guter Arbeitsbeziehungen, dem aktiven Gestalten von Kooperation und dabei unsere Kunden stets im Blick
- ■Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint und Teams)
