Job Description

Generic:

  • Delivers projects and measures to contribute to strategic HR agenda and objectives
  • Reviews implemented practices and measures in the light of business and HR objectives
  • Provides value-adding HR services to line management in defined key areas
  • Connects cross-company and shares best practices to support continuous process improvement and harmonization

Specification:

HR Management:

  • Ensures successful delivery of projects with regards to HR strategy, incl. assessment of as-is status, assignment of individual objectives and communication of HR strategy
  • Executes concrete change management interventions, based on change management framework and reviews impact
  • Analyzes as-is and to-be organizational performance including delivery and review of concrete organizational improvement measures
  • Communicates, implements and reviews appropriate measures with regards to corporate culture, diversity and leadership framework
  • Drives strategic and operative workforce planning by analyzing workforce requirements and defining workforce plans per department or business stream

Experience & Further Qualifications

  • Fluent in English (B2 Upper intermediate)
  • Fluent in local language (B2 Upper intermediate)
  • 3-5 years of experience in related area
  • At least 1 year of experience as Project Member
  • At least 3 years of experience working in/ with intercultural teams
