Area of responsibility:
As the extended arm of the business responsible for excellent local marketing execution and management for locally operating business streams, driving lead generation and business growth, always closely aligned with the Senior Regional Manager M&C APA.
Execute the local marketing strategy in line with the global and regional marketing strategy, working closely with the regional go-to-market managers for the businesses.
Develop and update local marketing plan and budget for all local businesses (offline and online), including KPIs
Develop, execute and manage local marketing activities (digital marketing activities, events, tradeshows, webinars, campaigns, etc.), including adaptation of global/regional content, local content and creation of assets that are relevant to customers at all touchpoints and KPIs.
Liaise and coordinate with all local and regional stakeholders such as regional sales managers, local field managers and country managers.
Manage and adhere to local marketing budgets in alignment with the Senior Regional Manager M&C APA.
Set up and execute campaigns and track leads using marketing automation tools
Ongoing performance analysis and optimization of marketing activities
Deliver flawless monthly reports to Senior Regional Marketing Manager M&C APA, including KPIs and implications
Use of defined platforms for creating content, planning and execution of communication (e.g. Social Media, PR, YouTube, publications)
Creation and distribution of local communication content
First contact person for local media requests in close alignment with the Senior Regional Manager M&C APA.
Responsible for execution of local communication, adherence of communication governance locally and continuous development of communication skills. Adaptation of the regional communication strategy into a local communication strategy in alignment with Senior Regional Manager M&C APA.
Qualification Requirements:
Degree or equivalent professional qualification in marketing
Minimum of 3 years' marketing experience, ideally B2B in a Group
Excellent English skills (writing and speaking, C1)
Good knowledge and experience of inbound and performance marketing as well as SEM, SEO and social media/mechanisms
Strong and proven communication, project management, presentation and self-motivation skills
Ability to communicate with all the levels of an organization comfortably by having excellent people skills and the ability to set priorities, problem-solve and work well independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace
Strong experience with marketing automation (such as Eloqua, Salesforce…)
Must be business-focused and have the ability to translate business goals to marketing and communications strategies
Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels – hands on team player
Solid knowledge in creative tools like Adobe
