Zusammenfassung
Die TÜV Rheinland CERT GmbH (CERT), ein Teil des Unternehmensbereichs TÜV Rheinland People & Business Assurance, steht für höchste Kompetenz und Qualität in der Auditierung & Zertifizierung von Unternehmen nach den gängigen Management Systemstandards wie ISO 9001, ISO 14001 oder ISO 27001; aber auch Spezialstandards wie IATF, IFS oder EN9100.
Das Team Mobility konzentriert sich auf die Zertifizierung von Unternehmen des Mobilitätssektors, insbesondere der Automobil,- Luftfahrt- und Schienenwesen nach den einschlägigen Standards dieser Industrien, z.B. IATF 16949, EN 9100ff und 22163 (IRIS). Wir sind ein Team von ca. 20 internen Auditor*innen und FachexpertInnen sowie einer Vielzahl von externen Auditor*innen.

Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Als Luftfahrt Auditor*in bist du verantwortlich für die Planung, Durchführung sowie Vor- und Nachbereitung von Audits nach EN 9100, 9110 und 9120 und/oder ISO 9001 unter Einhaltung der Akkreditierungsvorgaben sowie der TÜV Rheinland Cert Vorgaben.
- ■Dazu gehört die Erstellung von Auditberichten nach den formellen und inhaltlichen Anforderungen inkl. Aufzeichnung der Stärken, Abweichungen, Empfehlungen und der eingesehenen Nachweise.
- ■Des Weiteren bist du zuständig für die Klärung der Zertifikatsinhalte.
- ■Du bietest dem Vertrieb fachliche Unterstützung und sorgst für Kundenbindung durch qualitätsbewusstes Auditieren und Auftreten.
- ■Du übernimmst die Durchführung von internen Witness- und Monitoring Audits sowie von Fachgesprächen.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Ein Studium (z.B. Raumfahrttechnik, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) oder einen vergleichbaren Ausbildungsgrad durch technische Ausbildung (z.B. Fluggerätemechaniker*in) in Kombination mit Techniker/Meister und mehrjähriger, einschlägiger Berufserfahrung in der Luftfahrt- bzw. Aviationbranche: Mehrere Jahre geeignete, praktische Erfahrung in einer Organisation im Geltungsbereich der EN 9100, 9110 und 9120 (Luftfahrtstandard) und davon mindestens 2 Jahre im Bereich Qualitätssicherung und/oder Qualitätsmanagement
- ■Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Auditor*in
- ■Kenntnisse in luftfahrtspezifischen Qualitätstechniken
- ■Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift für den Austausch mit internationalen Kunden und die tägliche Arbeit mit EN 9100/9110/9120
- ■Freude an der Tätigkeit im Außendienst (Reisebereitschaft: ca. 80%)
