Als Manager*in Freelancer (w/m/d) bist du verantwortlich für die Bedarfsermittlung, Ansprache und Onboarding von Freelancern, die Bewertung von Lieferanten, die Betreuung externer Partner und fungierst als Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Fachbereichen. Genau Deins? Komm ins Team!

Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Als Manager*in Freelancer kümmerst du dich um die Bedarfsermittlung an Freelancern durch gezielte Ansprache in Social Media und durch die Veröffentlichung von Vakanzen.
- ■Du überwachst und steuerst das Onboarding der Freelancer einschließlich der Überprüfung der Bewerbungsunterlagen.
- ■Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört auch die Lieferantenbewertung sowie Feedbackgespräche.
- ■Auch betreust du die externen Partner und arbeitest an verschiedenen Projekten mit.
- ■Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen verschiedenen Fachbereichen.
- ■Monatliche Reports und die Planung von Schulungen und Informationsveranstaltungen runden deinen Aufgabenbereich ab.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium
- ■Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, HR, Personaldienstleistung
- ■Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
- ■Eigenständige, strukturierte und gezielte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Lernbereitschaft sowie hohem Maß an Serviceorientierung
- ■Erfahrung im Umgang mit digitalen Onboarding- und Vertragsmanagementsystemen (z. B. Ariba, SAP, Office) von Vorteil
- ■Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Partnern und gute interkulturelle Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
