Als Mitarbeiter*in Bildungskoordination (w/m/d) bist Du für die Dienstplanung unserer Mitarbeiter*innen und Trainer*innen zuständig und sorgst dafür, dass unsere angebotenen Bildungsmaßnahmen unter Berücksichtigung unserer Qualitätsprozesse stattfinden können.

Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Als Mitarbeiter*in Bildungskoordination (w/m/d) bist Du verantwortlich für die Planung (von Tages- bis Jahresplanung) und den Einsatz unseres Bildungspersonals, die dazugehörigen Räumlichkeiten und die technische Ausrüstung, immer in Abstimmung mit dem/der Bildungskoordinator*in.
- ■Du koordinierst die Einsatzplanung für ca. 40 Kolleg*innen und Trainer*innen in Bildungsmaßnahmen an 5 Standorten der Niederlassung Südbrandenburg und stellst deren Verfügbarkeit sicher.
- ■Du verantwortest das Controlling der kostenbewussten Einsätze, leitest bei Auffälligkeiten ggf. Gegenmaßnahmen ein und planst und überwachst (Soll-Ist-Vergleich) die Umsetzung aller Auftragsmaßnahmen unter Berücksichtigung der vertraglich vereinbarten Inhalte und Ziele
- ■Du bist für die Annahme und die Bearbeitung von Reklamationen, Hinweisen und Beanstandungen zuständig und leitest diese unter Beachtung des Qualitätsmanagement-Prozesse entsprechend weiter.
- ■Ebenso bist Du für die Durchführung von Hospitationen / Lehrproben (gemäß Qualitätsmanagement-Arbeitsanweisung „Interne Bewertung der Dienstleistung“) zuständig.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium
- ■Erfahrung im Qualitäts- und Projektmanagement
- ■Sichere Kenntnisse in der beruflichen Bildung (Verdingungsunterlagen, Ausbildungsrahmenpläne und ähnliches)
- ■Sicheres Auftreten und Kommunikationsstärke, sowie zielorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- ■Sehr sichere Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Anwendungen
- ■Organisationstalent
