Als Mitarbeiter*in Seminarservice (w/m/d) bist du Ansprechpartner*in für Teilnehmer*innen, Trainer*innen sowie externe und interne Kunden*innen. Genau Deins? Komm ins Team!
Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Als Mitarbeiter*in Seminarservice bist du für die Empfangstätigkeiten (einschließlich Telefon und Postbearbeitung) zuständig.
- ■Du kümmerst dich um die Informationsbereitstellung für Teilnehmer*innen.
- ■In deinem Verantwortlichkeitsbereich fallen Vor- und Nachbereitung der Seminarräume, sowie Getränkeservice in den Seminarräumen, Service in den Pausenzonen und Pflege des Seminarequipments.
- ■Du bist für die Bestellung und Koordination von Seminarunterlagen, Verbrauchsmaterial und Verpflegung zuständig.
- ■Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört ebenfalls Raumplanung, Koordination der externen und internen Vermietungen inkl. Angebotserstellung.
- ■Auch die Einscannung, bzw. Weiterleitung der Seminarauswertung, Ausgabe und Evaluierung der Anwesenheitslisten und Essensmarken ist Teil deiner Aufgaben.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■IT-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS-Office und Datenbanken)
- ■Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
- ■Sicheres Auftreten, Kommunikations- und Konfliktfähigkeit
- ■Selbständige, ziel- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- ■Gute, persönliche Arbeitsorganisation, Zeitmanagement und Organisationsvermögen
