Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Sie haben die Verantwortung für den effizienten und sicheren technischen Betrieb in den Ihnen zugeordneten TÜV Rheinland Standorte/-Gebäude.
  • Sie sind in die jährliche Budgetplanung für technische Investitions- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen eingebunden und erstellen/pflegen zugehörige Maßnahmenpläne.
  • Ihnen obliegt die Erfassung, Dokumentation und Überwachung des Betriebs der vorhandenen technischen Anlagen sowie zugehöriger Serviceverträge in Ihrem Aufgabenbereich.
  • Sie steuern alle TGM / IGM Leistungen an den Objekten inkl. zugehöriger Dienstleister.
  • Sie kontrollieren die Einhaltung der internen und gesetzlichen Vorgaben bezüglich des technischen Gebäudebetriebes für Ihre Objekte und führen interne Mitarbeiter diesbezüglich fachlich.

Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen

  • Techniker, Meister, Ingenieur im Bereich Versorgungstechnik, Elektrotechnik (Elektrotechnikermeister), Heizungs-, Klima-, Lüftungs-, Sanitärtechnik (SHK, HKLS), Fachwirt für Facility Management – oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im technischen Gebäudemanagement
  • Gute Kenntnisse in den MS-Office-Produkten sowie nach Möglichkeit Kenntnisse in SAP und Erfah-rung mit CAFM-Systemen
  • Kaufmännische Grundlagen und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Fortwährendes Interesse an Weiterentwicklung und Zusatzqualifikationen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Führerschein der Klasse B wird vorausgesetzt
