Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Sie haben die Verantwortung für den effizienten und sicheren technischen Betrieb in den Ihnen zugeordneten TÜV Rheinland Standorte/-Gebäude.
- ■Sie sind in die jährliche Budgetplanung für technische Investitions- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen eingebunden und erstellen/pflegen zugehörige Maßnahmenpläne.
- ■Ihnen obliegt die Erfassung, Dokumentation und Überwachung des Betriebs der vorhandenen technischen Anlagen sowie zugehöriger Serviceverträge in Ihrem Aufgabenbereich.
- ■Sie steuern alle TGM / IGM Leistungen an den Objekten inkl. zugehöriger Dienstleister.
- ■Sie kontrollieren die Einhaltung der internen und gesetzlichen Vorgaben bezüglich des technischen Gebäudebetriebes für Ihre Objekte und führen interne Mitarbeiter diesbezüglich fachlich.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Techniker, Meister, Ingenieur im Bereich Versorgungstechnik, Elektrotechnik (Elektrotechnikermeister), Heizungs-, Klima-, Lüftungs-, Sanitärtechnik (SHK, HKLS), Fachwirt für Facility Management – oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
- ■Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im technischen Gebäudemanagement
- ■Gute Kenntnisse in den MS-Office-Produkten sowie nach Möglichkeit Kenntnisse in SAP und Erfah-rung mit CAFM-Systemen
- ■Kaufmännische Grundlagen und unternehmerisches Denken
- ■Fortwährendes Interesse an Weiterentwicklung und Zusatzqualifikationen
- ■Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Führerschein der Klasse B wird vorausgesetzt
