Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Erfassung bzw. Bearbeitung der Leistungserfassung, inkl. Sicherstellung der korrekten Verbuchung.
  • Die Auftragsverwaltung (Pflege, Aktualisierung, Überwachung), notwendige Änderungen in Kundenaufträgen und Anlegen neuer Positionen gehören zu Ihren Aufgaben.
  • Sie sind zuständig für die Auftragsabwicklung inkl. Fakturierung/Erstellung von Zahlungsanforderungen, Fakturierung inkl. Sicherstellung der Prozesse der Leistungserfassung, Stornierungen und Gutschriften (inkl. Koordination des internen Freigabeprozesses) unter Berücksichtigung der Abschlusstermine sowie das kontinuierliche Auftragscontrolling der eigenen Aufträge (Sicherstellung der termingerechten Fakturierung, Überprüfung des Auftragsabschlusses).
  • Die Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Rechnungsreklamationen, Verfolgung der Fristen, Sicherstellung der termingerechten Bearbeitung und ggf. Eskalation liegen in Ihrer Verantwortung.
  • Sie verantworten die Bestellungen (Bestellungen anlegen, Kontrolle der Lieferungen und Ausgabe der Ware).
  • Sie sind zuständig für die Prüfstützpunktverwaltung.
  • Sie sind mitverantwortlich für das Forderungsmanagement.

Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen

  • Mindestens 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Tätigkeitsbereich
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem PC
  • Kenntnisse in MS Office und MS Outlook
  • Kenntnisse in SAP wünschenswert
  • Sicheres und kundenorientiertes Auftreten
  • Selbständige Bearbeitung auch schwieriger oder spezieller Aufgaben
