Job Description

In this position, you will be mainly responsible for the set-up and coordination of (global) TÜV Rheinland newsletters, landing pages and online webinar campaigns in Eloqua, the Marketing Automation tool by Oracle.

Your scope in a nutshell:
Effective promotion of TÜV Rheinland in online channels by supporting the development of online campaigns and accompanying their execution. In this position, you will work in an international environment, your team-mates will be located across Poland and your main contacts will be located in the German headquarters in Cologne.

WHAT TASKS CAN YOU EXPECT?

  • Set-up of (global) newsletter campaigns in Oracle Eloqua
  • Set-up of (global) webinar & live events campaigns in Oracle Eloqua
  • Creation of assets (emails, landing pages, forms, campaign canvases, segments)
  • Execution, analysis and reporting of A/B testing campaigns
  • Conception, implementation and controlling of Marketing Automation workflows
  • Coordination of tasks with different stakeholders and departments
  • Quality assurance
  • Optional: Organization and hosting of ZOOM webinars

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES SHOULD YOU HAVE?

  • Experience with newsletter/e-mail direct marketing
  • Experience in the use of Marketing Automation tools, preferably Oracle Eloqua
  • Focus on quality
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Ability to keep track at all times
  • Team player attitude
  • Can-do attitude
  • Strong communication skills, including virtual communication in an international environment
  • Results-oriented working-style
  • Experienced handling of the Microsoft Office package
  • Excellent English language skills, both oral and written
  • Preferably good German language skills (not a must)
