Deine Aufgaben:
Während deines Praxissemesters wirkst du aktiv im Tagesgeschäft sowie in Projekten mit. Dazu gehören unter anderem:
- ■Unterstützung bei der Beratung von Kund*innen zu beruflichen Perspektiven, Qualifizierungsmöglichkeiten und Integration in Arbeit.
- ■Mitwirkung bei Kompetenzanalysen, Profilings und Erstgesprächen.
- ■Erstellung, Pflege und Auswertung von Teilnehmerunterlagen und arbeitsmarktrelevanten Dokumentationen.
- ■Recherche zu Arbeitsmarkttrends, Branchenentwicklungen und regionalen Arbeitgebern.
- ■Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Workshops, Bewerbungstrainings oder Gruppenangeboten.
- ■Einblicke in administrative Abläufe (z. B. Dokumentation, Förderlogiken, digitale Fallbearbeitung).
- ■Mitarbeit in laufenden Projekten im Bereich Aktivierung, Integration oder Qualifizierung.
Dein Profil:
- ■Eingeschriebene*r Student*in (z. B. Pädagogik, Sozialwissenschaften, Sozialpädagogik, Psychologie, Bildungswissenschaften, Arbeitsmarktmanagement oder vergleichbare Fachrichtungen)
- ■Interesse am Arbeitsmarkt, an Beratungstätigkeiten und Bildungsprozessen
- ■Freude am Umgang mit Menschen unterschiedlicher Hintergründe
- ■Strukturierte, zuverlässige und empathische Arbeitsweise
- ■Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie sichere Deutschkenntnisse
- ■Grundkenntnisse in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
