- ■In Ihrer Position als Project Support Specialist (w/m/d) fungieren Sie als engagierte Unterstützung und Entlastung unserer Projektteams bei allen projektspezifischen Aufgaben.
- ■Sie unterstützen aktiv bei verschiedenen Projektarbeiten, einschließlich der Vorbereitung von Dokumenten, Erstellung von Entwürfen, Übersetzung, Korrekturlesen und Formatieren von Inhalten.
- ■Sie stellen sicher, dass alle Büroprozesse reibungslos ablaufen und unterstützen bei der Optimierung interner und administrativer Prozesse.
- ■Sie sind verantwortlich für die Pflege und Verwaltung von Datenbanken, Systemen und SharePoints.
- ■Sie übernehmen zusätzliche Aufgaben im Rahmen Ihres Tätigkeitsbereichs nach Bedarf.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit Verständnis für kaufmännische Prozesse von Vorteil
• Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS-Office sowie allgemeine Computer- Internetkenntnisse sowie Affinität für Datenbanken von Vorteil
• Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Fähigkeit zur strukturierten und prozessorientierten Arbeitsweise
• Sicheres und freundliches Auftreten, Kunden- und serviceorientiertes Agieren
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
• Freude an der Arbeit in einem stetig wachsenden Team
