Im Geschäftsbereich Mobilität der TÜV Rheinland AG verstehen wir uns als „Wegbereiter einer besseren Mobilität“. Mit unseren fünf Geschäftsfeldern (Fahrzeuginspektion, Fahrerlaubniswesen, Schaden- und Wertgutachten, Engineering & Type Approval, Bahntechnik) setzen wir uns für eine saubere, sichere und intelligente Mobilität ein – heute und in Zukunft.
Das Strategieteam des Geschäftsbereichs Mobilität berichtet direkt an den Bereichsvorstand. Wir entwickeln und implementieren gemeinsam mit unseren operativen Einheiten und Funktionen Projekte und Initiativen u.a. in den Bereichen Wachstum, M&A, Nachhaltigkeit, Innovation & Digitalisierung sowie Business Development. Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir für den Standort Köln einen Project Manager Strategy and Business Development (m/w/d).
Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Sie leiten selbständig strategische Projekte und Programme oder arbeiten an diesen mit – von der Konzeption bis zur Implementierung.
- ■Sie beobachten und analysieren Märkte und unser Umfeld und entwickeln strategische Projekte und Initiativen.
- ■Sie tragen mit Ihren Ideen zur stetigen Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs Strategie, Business Development und Projekt-/Programm-Management bei.
- ■Für die Geschäftsbereichsleitung, die Konzernleitung oder den Aufsichtsrat bereiten Sie Analysen vor und erstellen überzeugende Präsentationen.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Master) der Wirtschafts- oder Ingenieurwissenschaften
- ■Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Strategie oder Unternehmensentwicklung, idealerweise in einer Unternehmensberatung, im Inhouse Consulting oder in einem internationalen Konzern
- ■Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Automobil-/Mobilitätsindustrie
- ■Erfahrung im Projekt-/Programm-Management, versiert im Umgang mit modernen Tools des Projektmanagements
- ■Vertraut mit der Erstellung von Businessplänen, idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich M&A
- ■Exzellente konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- ■Fähigkeit, selbständig ebenso gut wie als Teil eines Teams zu arbeiten
- ■Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeit
- ■Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Sprachkenntnisse (Französisch, Spanisch) sehr willkommen
